Contact PillTrack Support

Use the Flurdy contact form for PillTrack questions, accessibility feedback, or technical problems. You do not need to install PillTrack to use the form.

The form has labelled text fields for your name, email address, email confirmation, and message. You can use Tab and Shift+Tab to move through those fields and the Send message button; screen readers can announce each field label.

When contacting support, include:

  • whether you use iPhone, iPad, or Android;
  • your operating-system version and PillTrack version, if known;
  • what you expected to happen and what happened instead; and
  • the steps that led to the problem.

Medicine names, doses, and screenshots can reveal health information. Include only details needed to explain the problem, and redact sensitive information from screenshots where possible. Unlike PillTrack records, information entered in this web form leaves your device and is sent through the external contact service.

PillTrack support does not provide medical advice and is not an emergency service. For severe symptoms or a severe or unexpected reaction, contact your local emergency services immediately. If you may have taken the wrong medicine or dose or may have overdosed, contact your local poison-control service or emergency services immediately. For non-urgent medical questions, ask a qualified healthcare professional.

Supported Platforms and Version

PillTrack is built for iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS, and for Android devices. Availability depends on the regions and platforms where an official app-store release is configured. Browser-based medicine reminders are not supported.

The PillTrack version documented on this page is 0.1.0. To find the version installed on your device:

  • iPhone or iPad: open device Settings, choose General, then iPhone Storage or iPad Storage, and select PillTrack.
  • Android: open device Settings, choose Apps, select PillTrack, and look in App info or App details. Names vary between devices.

The App Store or Google Play listing shows the latest release available there, which can differ from an installed or test build. Include the installed version when reporting a problem.

Reminder Troubleshooting

PillTrack reminders are optional notifications scheduled on your device rather than sent by an internet-based push service. Delivery is not guaranteed.

If reminders do not appear:

  1. Confirm that the medicine is active and has a schedule for the expected day and time.
  2. Open Settings in PillTrack and check the Reminders section. Enable reminders if they are off.
  3. If notification access was denied, open your device settings and allow notifications for PillTrack.
  4. Check do-not-disturb, Focus, battery-saving, notification, and notification-preview settings on your device.
  5. Check that the device date, time, and time zone are correct, then reopen PillTrack so it can refresh its local reminder plan.
  6. Remember that recording a dose as Taken or Skipped cancels remaining PillTrack reminders for that scheduled dose.

Notifications can show the medicine name and dose on the lock screen. Use your device’s notification-preview settings if you want to limit what is visible while the device is locked.

Do not rely on PillTrack as your only medicine reminder. See the Terms of Use for the medical-use and availability notices.

Dose-History Troubleshooting

To review a previous day, open History, choose the date, and select a scheduled dose to record or correct its status. Future dates cannot be selected.

  • Nothing scheduled means PillTrack has no applicable medicine schedule for the selected date.
  • To correct a result, select the dose and choose Taken, Skipped, or Missed.
  • To remove a recorded result, select the dose and choose Clear status.
  • Use Undo when it appears if you need to reverse the most recent status change.
  • Pausing a medicine or changing its schedule preserves earlier history. Older schedule times can therefore remain visible on dates when that schedule applied.

PillTrack stores history only on the device. It has no account, cloud synchronization, import, or export. Support cannot restore history after PillTrack data is cleared, the App is deleted, or a device is lost or replaced.
