Terms of Use

Last updated: 26 July 2026

Effective date: 26 July 2026

About These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the PillTrack application (“PillTrack” or “the App”). PillTrack is provided by Eray by Flurdy Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using PillTrack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Permitted Use

PillTrack is a personal record-keeping tool for medicine schedules, dose history, reminders, and supply information. You may use it for lawful personal purposes in regions where it is officially available.

You must not:

  • use the App unlawfully or to harm another person;
  • interfere with the App’s operation or security;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or another person’s device or information; or
  • copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.

You are responsible for the information you enter, the security of your device, and checking that your device’s date, time, notification permissions, and privacy settings are appropriate.

Medical-Use Disclaimer

PillTrack records information that you enter. It does not diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any condition. It does not clinically monitor your health or detect medical problems.

PillTrack does not provide medical, pharmacy, dosing, or medication-interaction advice. It does not determine whether or when you should take, skip, start, stop, or change a medicine.

Do not rely on PillTrack as a substitute for medicine labels, prescriptions, or instructions from a qualified healthcare professional. Ask a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional if you are unsure about a medicine, dose, missed dose, side effect, interaction, or treatment decision.

Emergencies

PillTrack is not an emergency service and is not monitored by a healthcare professional. Do not use it to request or wait for urgent help.

If you have severe symptoms or a severe or unexpected reaction, contact your local emergency services immediately.

If you may have taken the wrong medicine or dose or may have overdosed, contact your local poison-control service or emergency services immediately. Do not delay seeking help because of information shown—or not shown—by PillTrack.

Reminders and Availability

PillTrack reminders are a convenience and are not guaranteed. Notifications may be delayed, suppressed, or unavailable because of device settings, operating-system behavior, do-not-disturb or battery-saving modes, permissions, clock changes, software errors, or other factors outside our control.

You remain responsible for following your prescribed schedule and should not rely on PillTrack as your only reminder or medicine record.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue some or all of the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or operating-system version, or preservation of information after device failure, loss, operating-system action, or App removal.

Privacy and Local Data

PillTrack stores medicine information locally on your device and handles it as described in the PillTrack Privacy Policy. Review that policy before using the App.

Intellectual Property

PillTrack and its original content, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for its intended personal purpose. They do not transfer ownership of the App to you.

Third-Party Platforms

Your use of an App Store, Google Play, your device, and operating-system notification services may also be subject to third-party terms. We do not control those third-party services, settings, or availability.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, PillTrack is provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that the App or its records, reminders, or supply estimates will always be complete, accurate, current, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on PillTrack, including missed or delayed reminders, inaccurate or incomplete entries, lost local data, or decisions made without appropriate professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Ending Use

You may stop using PillTrack at any time. Deleting the App or clearing its storage removes local PillTrack information according to your operating system. Offloading an App on iOS may retain its data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when PillTrack, its distribution, or applicable requirements change. Updated Terms will appear on this page with a revised effective or “Last updated” date. Changes take effect on the date shown above; we will provide additional notice or seek consent where required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law in your country of residence gives you the right to use another court or provides protections that cannot be excluded.
